Jacob was living with his parents and struggling with routines and decision-making. Through weekly occupational therapy, he developed meal planning, budgeting, and time management skills. Today, Jacob lives independently in supported accommodation and cooks his own meals with confidence.
Emily has autism and was anxious in workplace settings due to sensory overwhelm and communication difficulties. With support from her OT, she created a sensory toolkit and practised scripts for workplace interactions. She now works part-time in admin and reports feeling more confident and in control.
Nathan avoided public transport and group activities due to social anxiety. OT sessions focused on building executive function and community navigation skills. Over six months, Nathan began using buses independently and joined a local photography club — a big step toward his NDIS goal of social connection.
We’re here to help with support coordination, occupational therapy, skill development, plan implementation, and NDIS reviews.
